Terms of Use
1. The service
uytrades (the “Service”) is a search interface over public customs declarations (DUA Diarios Publicos) published by the Dirección Nacional de Aduanas of Uruguay. The Service is provided free of charge, with an optional paid Pro tier that adds full historical data, CSV export, REST API access, unlimited saved views, and email alerts.
2. No warranty on data accuracy
The underlying data is published by a third party (Aduanas) and may contain errors, omissions, late filings, corrections, or other inaccuracies. uytrades re-hosts the data as published, does not audit or correct it, and makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Not a legal or accounting source
uytrades is an orientation tool. It is not a substitute for the certified records issued by Aduanas or by a licensed customs broker. Do not use data from uytrades as the basis for tax filings, customs declarations, contractual disputes, or legal proceedings without independent verification.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) stalk, harass, or defame any individual or company; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; (d) resell or redistribute the data in bulk without our written permission; or (e) interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that appear to be abusing the Service.
6. Paid products & refunds
The Pro tier is billed via Stripe, monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account page; you will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, after which you will be downgraded to Free. New subscriptions carry a 7-day money-back guarantee: email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Outside that window we do not refund partial billing periods.
Company reports are a one-off purchase, billed via Stripe and delivered as a PDF by email; no account is required to buy one. The download link works for 30 days and up to 20 downloads. Full refund within 7 days on request, no questions asked — and if a report fails to generate we refund it automatically, without you having to ask. A report is licensed for your own use; redistribution and resale fall under section 4.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, uytrades and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the app or by email.
